FAQ

 

When can I expect my order?

We take orders up until 12pm or until sold out if prior to 12pm. After this our posies are packaged up and sent on route with a delivery driver. They should head your way by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential addresses. Please note we can't guarantee any specific delivery times due to the drivers taking the most efficient route for the day.

What size are the posies?

We try to be consistent with sizes however this can change with the style of flower used on the day you order. For a rough estimate head here to see some pictures of our posy sizes.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to selected suburbs in Toowoomba listed below. For special custom orders we may deliver outside this range so shoot us an email if you have any queries at rubylaneflowerco@gmail.com

Every now and then we may do a special trip to frequently asked places. Keep an eye on our social pipes to find about these days!

Can I order for a future date?

Of course! We love pre-orders as it ensures you won't miss out on the day! 

 

What if no one is home?

If nobody is home we will do our best to find a shady spot, as well as leaving your flowers wrapped up in some water in either eco-friendly cellophane or a glass jar. Please leave any special instructions as to where to leave the posies in the 'special notes' section when placing your order if you are concerned about them being left.

 

What if I make a mistake on the delivery address?

Don't worry! Just shoot us an email with the correct address and we will try to get it fixed before the posies head out on their run. Try to be correct and concise when entering the first time though as if we deliver to the wrong address and have to redeliver, we will have to charge a $5 redelivery fee to send it out the next delivery day.

 

Do you do flowers for weddings/events?

We do, however we only do a limited amount of weddings per year. Head to our event page for more info and to contact us for availability!
